Promoting the culture of one's country of origin, in an authentic and responsible way, is a complex exercise. Born in Peru, Claudia Salazar Liaudat, founder of ITA-ITO, knows all about it. Despite a childhood spent in Peru surrounded by the soft, warm knits of ancestral know-how, it was not until much later that she decided to try her hand at entrepreneurship, turning it into a social enterprise with a positive impact.

Discover Claudia's journey and the various stages of development that have enabled ITA-ITO to enhance the work of a community of women artisans and open their own production workshop, offering them and their families greater financial security, independence and loving support.
