A committed school with a "Sustainability" module

CREA - and ex-EBS Genève (European Business School) - is a leading educational institution in the fields of marketing, communication, digital, business development and management, part of the OMNES Education group. Every year, over 800 students are trained in Geneva and Lausanne by Swiss and international experts.

Since 2020, Zestissime has been developing a 2-day module entitled "Brand Sustainable Strategy" as part of the "Strategic Thinking and Management" module. The aim of this course is to help students familiarize themselves with the CSR ecosystem and more specifically:

  • The evolution of the notion of social and environmental commitment over the last 50 years, in parallel with climate change;
  • Impact zones and their specific challenges by business sector;
  • Fundamental concepts of eco-responsibility and different business models
  • The role of internal and external communications as a vector of information, reflection and change. 

In addition, several workshops were organized with companies proposing a virtuous business model. We were responsible for identifying potential partners, defining the content and format of the workshops, and ensuring follow-up.

An approach combining theory, immersion and collective intelligence

Zestissime designed, developed and implemented - in close collaboration with its customer - the following tools:

  • Brand Sustainable Strategy? course, in English and French (100 slides); 
  • B2B Solutions: Rethinking the Consumer Journey" workshop with CleanGreens (aeroponic mobile solution);
  • Workshop "New mobile recycling solution: How to increase visibility" with Serbeco's Mobilitri solution; 
  • Ecolabels" Masterclass with Solar Impulse 1000 Efficient Solutions / Aeler (new-generation intelligent container).

The customer speaks!

Gaëlle has developed several course variants around the theme of "Brand Sustainable Strategy" for CREA. Although our school is not focused on this theme, we believe it is important to integrate CSR in order to offer students a variety of business models and economic success. We were convinced by Zestissime's approach, based on different business sectors and their rethought value chains, alternating theory and practice!
