To each his own! Today, most carbon assessments are carried out using automated tools (scope 1 and 2). We believe that our added value in this area is minimal. It absolutely has to be done, but with experts offering a methodology that will save you time and make you more efficient. We can put you in touch with service providers. However, we do offer a "Mobility" module, which will be included in scope 3 of your carbon footprint. For SMEs (excluding industry), scope 3 represents 75-90% of emissions, so having a mobility plan is a must!

SOME PRACTICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT TRAINING
Our methodology is based on a participative and interactive approach. Each workshop combines theoretical presentations, group discussions and reflective exercises.
We work on the basis of the ISO 26000 standard and its printed version(AMORSE card game), which covers all possible sustainability issues. Together, we select the issues based on their impact (real or potential, negative or positive, short or long term, intentional or unintentional, and reversible or irreversible) using this serious game. This selection will be used to create the materiality matrix.
The senior CSR consultant moderates the sessions, providing in-depth expertise on the topics addressed and guiding the discussions. He or she also shares feedback from various industries, helping to clarify concepts and structure practical exercises.
At the end of the three sessions, you'll have decided on your CSR strategic direction, identified the relevant issues (to eventually involve your stakeholders in your materiality matrix), clarified CSR governance (strategic and operational bodies) and drawn up a draft roadmap.
Yes, we can focus and/or deepen on a more specific area according to your needs.

Climate Fresk
Climate Fresk is a collective intelligence workshop based on the scientific foundations of the IPCC. In three hours (or more), it provides a collective understanding of the phenomena involved in climate change. More importantly, it inspires people to take action. That's why it's been massively supported by all those who have tried it. The workshop was taken up in all spheres of society. To date, 1.6 million participants have taken it. Several companies have also made it compulsory for their employees, offering a common threshold to the company's environmental and social approach.
Whether you're a novice or an expert, a Climate Fresk workshop is the best way to engage employees and managers in these issues.
Objectives
- Improve your level of knowledge about the many human activities that have played a role in climate change.
- Debate between different people with different points of view. This exchange is really beneficial for everyone, as it will help to identify a number of levers for change.
- Find ways to take action, at both corporate and personal level, and avoid being overcome by eco-anxiety.
- Implement individual or collective actions in a very concrete way.

A session consists of several stages:
1. Reflection and sharing on the cards.
2. Creativity to personalize the mural.
3. Debriefing and discussion to deepen knowledge and consider concrete actions.
Organizing La Climate Fresk at work raises employee awareness of climate issues, strengthens team cohesion around shared values, and encourages the implementation of sustainable initiatives within the organization.

digital collage
Digital technology is now present in every aspect of our lives, in both our private and professional lives. It alone emits more greenhouse gases than the aviation sector, representing a real environmental challenge. It is therefore crucial to better understand the environmental consequences of digital technology, so that we can consume it more responsibly and sustainably.
The Digital Collage workshop, in the same format as Climate Fresk, aims to explain the broad outlines of the actions that need to be taken to move towards a more sustainable digital world, and then open up discussions on the subject between participants. A real team-building tool, this workshop brings people together to learn together.
Objectives
- Raise awareness of the environmental consequences of digital technology.
- Understand the challenges of responsible digital technology.
- Define the levers for action and transition in individual and collective practices.

SOME PRACTICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT TRAINING
Through a card game, participants explore the links between digital uses, energy consumption, the life cycle of equipment (from production to end-of-life) and the associated ecological and social impacts. This includes environmental effects such as greenhouse gas emissions and e-waste, as well as human consequences such as working conditions in supply chains.
A session takes place in several stages:
- Exploration and analysis of the cards.
- Creativity to personalize the fresco.
- Debriefing and exchanges to share learning and propose solutions.
Digital Collage highlights seven key messages:
- Digital is material: It relies on physical infrastructures.
- Environmental impact of terminals: Smartphones and computers are the most polluting.
- Massive extraction of minerals: Our devices require a lot of rare metals.
- Inefficient recycling: It compensates little for the impact of production.
- Resources are limited: Metals and fossil fuels are becoming increasingly scarce.
- Rebound effect: Technology alone is not enough to consume fewer resources and energy.
- Another digital age is possible: It is crucial to rethink our use of digital technology to make it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
To register, simply click on the Pé-Inscription button and send us your contact details. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
