First objective: convince the many stakeholders

With a view to boosting its international positioning and visibility, Zestissime was asked to rethink the communications strategy of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).

Faced with a large network of members and multiple stakeholders, who see the organization as a central pillar of program development but whose expectations vary considerably, with editorial content that is already rich but could be further targeted, and with omnichannel distribution to be strategically oriented, our objective is clear: transform and optimize.

Our vision focuses on consolidating the FEE community, telling relevant stories, strategically selecting communication channels and anchoring decisions in an approach based on tangible quantitative and qualitative data. Guided by the GAIA 20:30 strategy, we are determined to deploy solutions that will not only bring greater visibility, but also measurable effectiveness.

Since May 2022, Zestissime oversees the MarCom strategy and is responsible for developing and implementing holistic B2G/B2B/B2C communication initiatives the institution and FEE's five programs.

The customer speaks!

From the outset of our collaboration, I've been deeply impressed by the way Gaëlle and her team have been able to identify areas for improvement in our communication. Their resourcefulness has been remarkable, offering us ideas that are both innovative and pragmatic. Working with them was a real pleasure. Their professionalism, coupled with their vast expertise, is undeniable. But what I also greatly appreciated was their availability and the constant good humor that has animated them since the beginning of our collaboration. I'm completely satisfied with our collaboration and look forward to the next steps.

About FEE

Created in 1981, the Foundation for Environmental Education (Foundation for Environmental Education or FEE) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Denmark. With members in 81 countries worldwide, FEE today represents the largest international network in the field of environmental education and sustainable development (EESD). It is active mainly through its 5 programs:

The Blue Flag (Blue Flag) program promotes the sustainable development of coastal areas and inland waters. Through its label, the program recognizes communities (bathing areas) and marinas for their decisive efforts in the field of sustainable development. The label is awarded on the basis of 4 main sets of criteria: environmental education and information, environmental management, water quality and environmental management, safety and services.

Green Key (Green Key), an international labeling program that rewards tourist accommodations (hotels, campsites, B&Bs, youth hostels, restaurants, etc.) for their efforts to protect the environment.

Young Reporters for the Environment (Young Reporters for the Environment or YRE) is an international program and competition aimed at young people aged 11 - 25, designed to raise awareness of sustainable development issues and empower them through the practice of journalism. Through investigations and journalistic reports (article, video, radio program, photo report), the young people tackle the issues in a concrete and positive way, in a spirit of "solutions journalism".

Learning about Forests (Learning about Forests or LEAF), a program for schools designed to reconnect young people with their forest heritage and make it their own. The program is based on the principle oflearning in nature (outings in the woods), to make young people aware of the ways in which forests demonstrate their beneficial impact on our lives.

Eco-Schoolsthe leading international program for education in sustainable development.

Thanks to its international reputation, FEE is now one of UNESCO's key partners.
